When deciding what to do with my Google blogs, the statistics my server monitoring software was showing me that Main website on SetraHost was doing much better in comparison. I took all my blogger domains and transferred them over to self hosting on SetraHost. It was not easy, some of the domains were more complicated to migrate over. Any time I reached out to SetraHost on the chat, a real person would respond back and help me walk through the situation. It was several times, I just didn't understand exactly how to do it. SetraHost has an extensive knowledgebase. I would read through and note the screenshot photos. Big help, then when I needed extra help, I would get over to the chatbot. Without fail, someone always helped. Now we have 9 beautiful websites all with email and WordPress. I'm grateful to them for the patience to work through everything. I even purchased one of my last domains with them. Everything now just seamlessly works together. Really pleased with the results.
Before switching to SetraHost, I was with Bluehost for a number of years and that was a hot mess! I made the switch to SetraHost almost a year ago and support has been fantastic! The migration of my website was extremely smooth and I faced minimal downtime, barely any! If there are any issues, SetraHost support posts regularly to keep their customers informed. Setrahost has been so amazing, and it's been a breath of fresh air. I was with Bluehost for years and only had problem after problem with them. Setra Host is SO helpful! I had Bluehost, and during my last stint with them I had many issues and had to contact their support 5 times and didn't get any help from them. My site would crash for days with no avail. The last person I talked to on Bluehost even said that my site had some serious issues they couldn't solve (and it took them 30 minutes), and that they had to take my request to a higher up case. So after my complaining about them on Twitter/X, Setra Host found me, swooped me in and saved my site! They were incredibly helpful, kind, and responsive, and they said that there were no "issues" that Bluehost spoke of. They were able to migrate my site within a few hours, and now it's faster than ever! Whenever I see someone complain about Bluehost, I immediately tell them to move over to Setra Host instead! I can't recommend them enough!!!

I switched after they reached out to me on Twitter in response to an angry Tweet about yet another BlueHost outage. The prices seemed great and I liked everything I read, but I had some concerns about the migration process. Namely, how long it would take and if my site would go offline during the process.
SetraHost was super patient, answered all my questions, and didn't pressure me into anything. When I decided to make the move it was after 10 p.m. but they were able to migrate my site within an hour the same night! Not only that but they communicated with me via Twitter DM throughout the entire process to let me know what was going on.
It was seamless. My site never went down and hasn't since, fingers crossed. It's also faster than it was with BlueHost, and I'm paying half as much.
