We’ve recently switched our server monitoring system from UptimeRobot to HetrixTools due to ongoing issues with false downtime alerts, even for servers that had no actual interruptions. In several cases, servers with a full year of 100% uptime were incorrectly flagged as having brief outages. Most recently, UptimeRobot’s EU monitoring went down for several hours, falsely reporting all of our servers as offline.
To ensure better accuracy and reliability moving forward, we’ve now switched to HetrixTools, which also integrates directly with our client area. You can now monitor real-time network status anytime from Support > Network Status or directly at: https://setrahost.com/clients/serverstatus.php
As part of this change, uptime history has been reset as of June 13, 2025. Previous uptime logs will no longer be displayed.
