We provide free same day migrations for all of your websites and emails on your previous hosting provider. Once you have signed up for your plan, you will then be redirected to your new client area. From here, please open a support ticket requesting a site migration with our migrations department. All we will need from you is the login to your current control panel being used (Example: cPanel). If you do not know this, you can also provide us the login information you use to manage your website at your current hosting provider. If you'd like, you can change the password to something temporary as we complete this migration. We will then confirm with you that we are starting the migration and then update you once completed. Once completed, you will then need to update your nameservers on your domain on your current registrar. If you have signed up for a transfer, it is advised to change your nameservers on your current registrar before we process the domain transfer so you do not experience any downtime in-between the domain transfer. While a domain transfer is initiated, you will not be able to make changes to the nameservers on your current registrar and it will not be able to be edited until it's done transferring which can take 5-7 business days, sometimes sooner. We will process the website migration instantly and then the domain transfer after the migration is completed and nameservers have been updated to ensure your still able to use your website during the transfer.
