Affecting Server - DA2
We are currently aware of an outage affecting the DA2 server.
Our upstream provider received an abuse report related to copyright infringement for a site hosted under one of our reseller accounts. Unfortunately, instead of letting us know so we could take care of it, they suspended access to the entire server. This is not standard procedure, and we sincerely apologize for the disruption this has caused.
We are actively working with our upstream provider to restore access as quickly as possible and we will keep you updated as soon as we have more information.

Update: We are still awaiting access from our upstream provider so we can resolve this issue. We sincerely apologize for the way this situation has been handled. While this is outside of our control, we are extremely disappointed with the response so far and are actively pushing to have this escalated.
At this time, it appears the issue will not be resolved until the abuse department resumes operations in a few hours. If anything changes sooner, we will update you immediately.
Once this is resolved, we will also be implementing the necessary changes on our end to ensure this does not occur again.

Update: We sincerely apologize for the extended downtime. This situation should not have occurred and we are disappointed in how it was handled. We have been informed that we will regain access and bring all services back online within the next 2 hours.
