Affecting Server - DA2
Update: This has completed and the reboot finished in just 4 minutes. Thank you for your understanding as we prioritize security on our hosting environment.
To address a newly disclosed CloudLinux kernel security vulnerability, we will be performing a brief server reboot on DA2 to apply the required kernel update.
This update is mandatory as a KernelCare live patch is not yet available for this server's CloudLinux version. A brief interruption of up to 10 minutes is expected while the server reboots and services come back online.

Service Update
We are aware of the ongoing issues affecting services on our S1 network.
We've been experiencing a lot of issues with this node as of late which you may have noticed by the intermittent slowdowns. We have been working to stabilize the server while fully working to resolve the underlying cause. We are continuing to work with our infrastructure provider as well as software provider's while taking additional steps on our end to restore stability.
As part of this process, we will be performing further maintenance shortly to fully resolve this. During this time, services on the S1 network may remain unavailable while we work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We sincerely apologize for the disruption and understand how frustrating this has been. Once we have completed the current maintenance and have confirmed the next steps, we will provide a more detailed update on what occurred and our plan moving forward, including measures to help prevent this from happening again.
Thank you for your patience and understanding while we work to fully resolve this issue.
We are currently investigating an issue affecting services on our S1 network, including some websites, email services, and our client area.
Our current priority is stabilizing the server environment before performing any additional maintenance. Once stability has been restored, we will work toward a full resolution.
We understand how disruptive this is and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We will provide another update as soon as we have meaningful progress to share.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Affecting Server - S2
As notified in our email a few days ago, we are currently performing maintenance on our NY server (cPanel) location. Websites at this time will be inaccessible as we make necessary updates on this node. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Here is the email sent if missed:
We're reaching out to let you know about scheduled maintenance on the server hosting your website.
Maintenance Window
Thursday, June 18, 2026
Start Time: 1:00 AM (New York Time / EDT)
Expected Duration: Approximately 30-45 minutes
You can verify the exact time in your local time zone here: https://time.is/compare/0100_18_June_2026_in_New_YorkOver the past few weeks, some customers on this server may have experienced brief 1-5 minute periods of website inaccessibility, as well as an issue that incorrectly suspended a small number of accounts. While we've already implemented changes that have significantly improved stability and resolved the suspension issue, we know that any disruption is frustrating and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
As part of our ongoing efforts to improve reliability, we will be upgrading the server to CloudLinux 9 during this maintenance window. This upgrade is expected to further improve stability and help prevent the issues we've been seeing on this server.
Please note that websites, email services, and control panel access will be unavailable during the maintenance window while the operating system upgrade is being performed. Once the maintenance is complete, all services will automatically return online.
We understand that your website is important to your business and we appreciate your patience while we complete these improvements. Our goal is to provide the most reliable hosting experience possible and we're committed to continuing to invest in the stability of our platform.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.
Thank you,

Affecting Server - S1
UPDATE 5/28: We are continuing to monitor S1 closely and have identified a repeat pattern of temporary CPU spikes during certain server operations. As part of ongoing maintenance and stabilization efforts while we implement a long term fix, outgoing email services on S1 have been temporarily disabled again.
Websites and hosted services should remain accessible and continue functioning normally during this time.
Please note this only affects email services hosted directly on our server. If you are using a 3rd party email provider such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, your email services will remain unaffected.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue working toward a permanent resolution.
UPDATE 5/27: We have stabilized the server environment and are continuing to closely monitor performance. At this time, services on S1 are operating normally and the email server has been brought back online successfully.
As part of our continued monitoring and stabilization efforts, SpamAssassin remains temporarily disabled due to excessive CPU usage during the incident. Because of this, some users may notice an increase in spam emails until it is safely reenabled.
We appreciate your patience while we continue monitoring and implementing long term improvements to ensure ongoing stability.
Hello,
As you may be aware, S1 has recently experienced intermittent slowness and service instability.
Our investigation has identified the primary issue as related to email processing and queue handling on the server. To stabilize overall performance while we continue investigating and implementing long term fixes, outbound email services on S1 have been temporarily disabled.
During this time:
We are actively monitoring the server and working to ensure long term stability and improved performance moving forward.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused and appreciate your patience and understanding while we work through this.
